Molded seaweed paper pulp is a composite material made from recycled paper fibers combined with waste from kelp processing. The fibers are pulped and shaped into lightweight molded forms with a fibrous, paperlike surface.

- Can be used for fiber and papermaking
- Rigid when dry, but softens quickly with moisture—keep finished pieces away from humidity
- Surface takes paint and ink readily
