A conical, beehive-shaped vessel in glossy white glaze, its surface covered in regular raised bumps, with short finger-like nubs protruding around the base and lower sides.

This 3D-printed ceramic artifact is made of clay and white glaze. It was created by PhD student Samuelle Bourgault using CoilCAM, a domain-specific computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programming system that supports the integrated generation of parametric forms and surface textures through mathematically defined toolpath operations.
