Foam core is a lightweight sheet material made from polystyrene sandwiched between paper or rigid plastic.
Handling Notes
- Commonly used for sculpting and creating various objects
- When working with foam core, use a sharp X-Acto knife
- Score and cut in one confident motion with a fresh blade; making multiple passes can crush the foam layer
