Plywood is an engineered wood panel made from layers of veneer glued together, with alternating grain directions. This cross-laminated construction results in a strong, stable sheet that is less likely to warp or crack.
Handling Notes
- Plywood is heavy and can be easily damaged on the edges
- It tends to expand and contract in response to changes in temperature and humidity, but to a lesser degree than solid wood
