Molded biofoam is a biodegradable foam material shaped by extruding a bio-based mixture into a container and allowing it to cool and set. The material takes on the form of the mold, producing soft, lightweight shapes.

Composition

Bio-polymer

Handling Notes

  • Test with small samples before scaling; material behavior varies
  • Shape while the mixture is workable; cool and set fully before demolding
  • Biodegradable; keep dry and avoid prolonged moisture exposure
